This picture looks really sunny the sky is blue and the clouds are spread out in clumps in the backgrounds you can see the same hue of light because the sun is coming from that direction also the shadow of the girl standing there. It could be also very cold or windy the way her body posture is with her hands around herself but then again she is wearing a skirt.
The girl could either be sad or just in deep thought because where she is looks rather empty like in the fields by the river.
but all in one the picture wouldn’t really give of any negative feeling due to the lighting and a full body shot :D
